Hack Calc Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of products are exempt from returns. We do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain time frame.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take a while before the refund is officially reflected.
Contact your bank, as additional processing time is often required.
If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hackcalc@outlook.com.
SALE ITEMS
Only full-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hackcalc@outlook.com.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a credit in the form of a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver decided to ship it to themselves and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, send us an email at hackcalc@outlook.com and we will provide you with the address to send the item to. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
